Yoga Sculpt
Time: 7pm Every Wednesday

Yoga Sculpt is the fusion between weights and Yoga. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you go through your flow. You’ll combine free weights with yoga flow sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.
