Why do you teach?
I just have pure passion for movement and really enjoy getting others to find joy in movement and exercise in a variety of ways.
What are your favorite things about teaching for P4LF/in apartments?
Having the opportunity to share my passion with even more people.
Do you have a favorite moment or inspiring anecdote from one of your P4LF classes?
I love when class members share their progress and I get to see their improvements and overall enjoyment of my classes.
What music or songs get you going?
All sorts of 90s music, from Rap to Rock to R&B. Also some EDM.
